Refund & Cancellation Policy

This website does not sell products or take payments directly. The Free Tech Audit is free and requires no payment information.

All project and support work is engaged through a written proposal or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule before any payment is due.

Refund terms are defined in each project agreement. As a general standard:

• Completed and delivered work is not refundable.
• Prepaid but unstarted work may be refunded in full or in part, reviewed case by case.
• Work in progress is billed for the portion completed; any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded per the agreement.

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice terms in the project agreement. On cancellation, completed work is payable, and deliverables/hand-off follow the agreement.

If ongoing support or subscription-style services are engaged, their billing, cancellation, and refund terms are defined in the corresponding agreement.
